December 15th is quickly approaching. The below items needed to be completed by this deadline in order to earn credit on the CSE. All items are completed on the Chapter Admin Portal unless otherwise stated.

• Convert Initiate to Member - All initiates need to be inducted (option 2) or marked as Incomplete (option 1).
• Finalize Graduating Seniors - Complete the 2nd step of Graduating your Seniors.
• Chapter Officer Information Update - Update any Chapter Officers/Chairs that have changed.  Once updated past officers will lose access so make sure you have completed your forms.
• Induction Dues and Fees for new Members: Send in Dues/Fees to the National Office. Checks are made out to "Phi Sigma Pi" and sent to Phi Sigma Pi, 2119 Ambassador Circle, Lancaster, PA 17603. Or call 717-299-4710 to make a payment by phone (there is 2.4% fee for phone payments)

• Tripod Event Form - Submit a minimum of 3 for semester schools and 2 for quarter schools. Events may incorporate multiple areas of the Tripod. For instance, an event may have a scholarship element and a service element. These will also be used in consideration for 2020 National awards.
• Risk Management Summary - This is for your Fall 2019 activities
• Recruitment/Initiation Planning Form, upload Recruitment and Initiation Calendar and upload Initiation Handbook and Manual - This is for your Spring 2020 recruitment period
