Some of you have noticed a glitch in our system impacting the ability to log-on and/or submit some of the key May 15 due date reports, specifically about your End of Academic Year Submissions and Recruitment. Thank you for making us aware of this issue. At this point, know that we are working tirelessly with our contracted companies to fix the problem. Due to this glitch, we have decided to extend the May 15 due date two weeks to Monday, June 1.
One option that we have identified as a workaround in accessing the Chapter Admin Portal and forms includes:
- Log out of CORE
- Clear your cache
- Go to chapteradmin.phisigmapi.org to log into the Chapter Admin Portal directly
If this option does not work, email your forms with your Chapter name identified to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will upload them for you.
