As part of the Strategic Plan, the National Council has set out to evaluate, clearly define, create and support leadership opportunities and structures. One of many ways the National Council has been doing this is to begin extensive review of various governing documents. To provide clearer guidelines and procedures for Chapter leaders and Members, the National Risk Management Policy (NRMP) has been significantly revised. These revisions are to provide clearer understanding of policy objectives, definitions, and procedures for Chapter Leadership.
