Meet the Facilitator
Taylor Brock Caraballo (Alpha Xi Chapter '16)
is a higher education professional who has worked as a Career Advising Fellow at Elon University and now serves as the Writing Center Manager for the local community college in her hometown. In both of these roles, she has coached students on how to become better communicators and has advised students on their resumes, other professional documents, and how to market themselves in the workplace. In these positions, she has published and shared her personal experiences and professional opinions by writing articles and sharing them on networking sites such as LinkedIn. Through her own journey to find the best job that suits her, she has cultivated a brand as a professional who strives to educate college students on how to be the best version of themselves in all aspects of their lives. She earned a B.A. in English from Radford Univerity where she became a brother of the Alpha Xi chapter. She then went on to obtain an M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Virginia. She continues to give back to Phi Sigma Pi by serving as a Chapter Excellence Development Advisor.
