During this Leadership in Action Module, you will learn how to notice, on a personal level, what needs to take place to make you trust someone, to apply the 10-10-10 rule to help you decide the consequences of a decision and assess your Chapters' trust levels. This Module is the perfect Leadership, Scholarship or Risk Management event.

Meet the Facilitator
Emilia Minhondo is a Philadelphia native and attended Drexel University, graduating from the Gamma Xi Chapter in 2019. During undergrad, Emilia served as Co-Initiate Advisor, Initiate Advisor, and Scholarship Chair. She also attended National Convention in 2018 as a delegate. Now Emilia is serving her second year as a Finance Advisor for a Chapter Excellence Board. After graduation, she traveled to California to join AmeriCorps NCCC and serve communities in need to solve housing and environmental issues. When she returned to Philly a couple of months ago, she started work as a Patient Care Technician for dialysis patients. Emilia's quarantine pass time was playing Just Dance and trying new baking recipes!
