Meet the Facilitator
Desiree Brown (Epsilon Omicron Chapter '16)
has held many positions during her time at East Stroudsburg University: Fundraising Chair for both her Initiate class and the Chapter, East Region Delegate, Secretary, Scholarship Chair. Currently, she is a kinder teacher who is actively involved in Phi Sigma Pi (President of a new Alumni Chapter and 2nd Year CEB Advisor), Pennsylvania State Education Association, Pocono Mountain Education Association, and she is an advisor to many roles that coincide with education. Desiree graduated with her master's this past December from her alma mater, East Stroudsburg University, and I am looking into a graduate school for my doctorate! She joined Phi Sigma Pi because she wanted to be a part of something greater than herself and make a difference. She also wanted long-lasting friendships that she could hold onto for a lifetime. In addition, Phi Sigma Pi gave her an opportunity as an Alumna to leave my mark by being one of 5 Co-Founders of a new Alumni Organization, NEPAAC.
