Meaghan joined the Phi Sigma Pi National Staff in 2016 and served in the role of Director of Chapter Services for three years before being promoted to her current role of Director of Standards and Practices. As the Director of Standards and Practices, Meaghan is responsible for risk prevention and education, In 2016, Meaghan became an Honorary Member of the Alpha Zeta Chapter at York College of Pennsylvania, her undergraduate alma mater.
